DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Queretaro

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean, quiet, and comfortable room. No fridge or microwave so plan accordingly. Shuttle to the airport at 3 am was very convenient. Be sure to call days in advance to make a shuttle reservation. I would definitely stay here again.

The receptionist upon arrival was very inviting and upgraded me as a Diamond member which was appreciated. The included parking and breakfast, and the open pool, and the convenient location were why I chose to stay at this hotel. The current ongoing points promotion made the stay worthwhile too. I ended up getting about 4000 points for a one-night stay. I appreciated the good service at the reception desk and restaurant. Food choices for the breakfast buffet were good. Some of the features in the bedroom suite needed better cleaning. For example, I found a used coffee pod in the coffee maker... that tells me the bedroom suite was not properly cleaned after the last guest checked out.

hotel shuttle from airport arrival was not available - told it was booked up. hotel was close to bus terminals - about 5 min ride. had a late check in + early check out next day so didn’t explore any of the amenities. no business center. we were able to get hotel shuttle to bus terminal station. indoor pool. approximately $130 USD for Thursday night stay/Friday check out. front desk was helpful.

Excellent service from front desk staff: Al, Paulina and friend (sorry I didn't get her name!). We are honors members and felt like they treated us special! We had issues that they resolved to our satisfaction. Will not hesitate to visit here again.

Room was clean, reasonably quiet, bed was decent and the air conditioning worked well, two choices of pillows. I still don't understand why Hilton insists on putting these heavy bed spreads on in areas of Mexico that get hot. Also, they charged me for water one day and I have never been charged for waters before, not with my status. Oh, right across the street is a La Comer - one of the nicer grocery stores which was great for grabbing snacks and some various fresh items for a simple dinner in my room one night. the hotel "restaurant" is pretty lame and doesn't exactly inspire any great confidence.

Excellent, can't say enough good things about the Doubletree in Queretaro. We missed our flight from the airport, and had to get a room for next day departure. Booked online, and although check-in was not officially until 3 pm, Mafer at the front desk was very understanding and let us in to our room at 8 am. Room was huge with a separate living room area, cold mini fridge and great black out curtains. The restaurant was good, and we were grateful to have the option of just going downstairs to eat. To top it all off, they DID have a free airport shuttle, at 3:30 am no less, which the driver was there at 3:15 am. The entire staff was super friendly and accomodating. Will stay here again and will absolutely recommend. I hope management sees this review, staff needs and deserves bonuses and/or raises!

Super nice friendly staff, next to a supermarket and I would like to say close to downtown? Also almost next to the football stadium. Elevator kinda slow, small and only one. You should definitely pay for the bfast to include it in your room. It is really good. Otherwise, I believe is like $6-$7.

I stayed at this hotel because this brand has a really good reputation. It is small, but has everything I needed. I had the chance to have dinner at Oaks; the restaurant. The food is really good, the place is clean and nice. I want to recognize, Javier the server and Antonia for their excellent service and their hospitable attitude. They are a plus to this hotel.
